Training

Two Tracks. Two Outcomes.

Individual Training
- Operator Pipeline

This is for individuals who want to become more capable, confident, and prepared — not just more informed.

This is not a one-time experience. The Operator Training Pipeline is a structured, in-person progression designed to build real-world capability — step by step.

Each course (Gate) builds on the last, developing proficiency in firearms handling, decision-making, and personal defense under increasing levels of complexity.

*Additional add-on courses focusing on a specific element of proficiency, like long-range shooting, pistol shooting, self-defense, etc. are open to those who have successfully completed Gates X- X.

Who The Operator Pipeline Is For

You are training to become more capable.

More aware.

More decisive.

More effective under pressure.

This is hands-on instruction at the range, with direct coaching by Kyle Steiner, a decorated Green Beret, coach and competitive shooter – you will learn with hands-on feedback through practice, repetition, and progression – not just observation.
What You’ll Leave With:

• Firearms safety and foundational mechanics
• Defensive shooting and movement
• Decision-making under pressure
• Scenario-based application
• Advanced pistol and/or long-range proficiency (based on track)

How It Works

OTP Participants move through a defined pipeline — starting with foundational instruction and progressing into more advanced tactical applications.

Each level introduces new variables, greater responsibility, and higher expectations of performance.

What You Walk Away With

• Real, practiced skill with your own or a rented firearm — not just theory
• Increased confidence in your ability to perform and respond under pressure
• A clear understanding of your capabilities and limitations
• A path forward for continued development

Corporate & Executive Training/TeamBuilding Events

This is for organizations that want more than engagement. They want a team that performs.

These are private, in-person experiences designed for teams, leadership groups, and organizations.

The objective is not tactical proficiency.

It’s performance — under pressure, together.

What This Is

Your team is placed into controlled, high-accountability environments where communication, decision-making, and leadership are immediately tested.
This is not a seminar.
It’s a shared experience that requires participation, coordination, and execution.

What Happens

Teams move through guided scenarios that introduce stress, time constraints, and competing priorities.
They are required to:
• Communicate clearly
• Make decisions quickly
• Adapt to changing conditions
• Operate as a unit

All under the direct guidance of a decorated Green Beret giving real-time feedback and sharing his lived experience.

Most corporate training is designed for comfort — presentations, discussion, and low-stakes exercises. Tactical, in-person training is built for application.

Participants operate in real environments where decisions carry weight, communication must be clear, and execution matters.

The result isn’t theoretical understanding.

It’s practiced skill, tested decision-making, and a team that has performed together under pressure.
